This spicy mixture is easy and delicious.

Mix 1/2 cup each raw almonds, cashews, walnuts and pistachios. Spray generously with olive oil. Season with one teaspoon each curry powder and chili powder. Salt to taste. Bake in a single layer 350 degrees for 4 minutes.

Mix 1/2 cup each raw pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, pecans and raisins. Spray generously with olive oil. Season with one teaspoon each curry powder and chili powder. Add 2 tablespoons fennel seeds (the secret ingredient) and one teaspoon agave syrup. Salt to taste. Stir well. Add mixture to the above nuts. Bake nuts and seeds in a single layer 350 degrees for 4 minutes or until the raisins puff up.

Top the mixture with 1/2 cup large flake coconut. Bake for one minute. Exactly one minute. It will burn quickly so keep an eye on it. You want the coconut to be toasty brown.

Cool for 30 minutes. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
